If you are having trouble logging in there could be several reasons for this.

1. The first and most obvious reason is that you have the wrong password. You can request your password be sent to your email address and check that you're using the correct one.

2. You might find that the system has logged you in but you are still looking at the unregistered view of the site. If this is the case, you need to clear your browser cache. Your pc is stuck on the unregistered page so you cant view the registered one.

If you have Internet Explorer you do this by going to the menu item "Tools" at the top of the browser and clicking on "internet options". A pop-up window will appear where you can delete cookies and temporary files. Do that, close down your browser and then open it again – your cache should be clear and your log in should work fine. If not, try again and restart your pc.

If you browse with Netscape or Mozilla/K-meleon etc you should have a menu item called "preferences" and in that section, under privacy or something similar, there will be an option to clear your browswer cache.

3. Another reason for login failing could be your anti-spyware or anti-virus software. You need to make sure these programs are allowing this site to pass their blocks.

4. You could be logged in but not yet upgraded by us to "author". As a security measure, all registered members are signed up on a lower level of access when they first join. Then we upgrade each member to "author" level manually so that more access is available to them. That can sometimes happen immediately or it might take a few hours. If you can see some new stuff but are still getting messages saying you are not allowed to view other things then you are probably logged in but just havent been upgraded yet. Try again in an hour or so. As an "author" you can add content to the site.

 If you still can't log in contact us and we'll do our best to fix the problem!

She definitely knows about us and has even mentioned us on the sleeve of both Young Divas albums. She has met some of our members and promised many times to visit the site. The site also shows up at the top of any search on the net about Paulini. So she can certainly find us without any problems.

But Paulini doesnt come on the net often and is apparently a bit shy about using the internet. So while its possible she pops in and has a bit of a read and maybe a smile or a giggle – I would be surprised (and delighted) if she ever replied.

If she ever does come by here, she can read all about herself and what her fans are saying by going to the link marked forum or to the online messages under the "Fanmail" link (the fanmail link is temporarily closed).

Note that registered users can post images in articles etc that they contribute to the site. This is a good way to send us an image if you include it in a story.

You can also include small pictures in your forum posts.

Just type in the question into the first large box. There are a bunch of other options there for you if are comfortable using them but its not necessary if you find it too much!
