If you sign up for the site you will automatically have access to the forum. Just click on the forum link in the menu and start posting. You can also contribute by commenting on articles and news stories. Some of them have a link at the bottom for people to make comments. When you click on that link it automatically takes you to the relevant bit in the forum.
