You can either send it through the contact form by using the “Contact” link in the menu, or, if you are a registered user you can add the question directly by going to the FAQ section choosing a category and clicking on the link at the bottom of the all the question headings marked “new”.

Just type in the question into the first large box. There are a bunch of other options there for you if are comfortable using them but its not necessary if you find it too much!
